The staff at Chapelhouse OMODA & JAECOO Blackpool were good because
Tom was the sales person who i spoke to 1st. He showed me the cars I was interested in, had brilliant knowledge of all cars.
I decided I wanted althea jaecoo 5 in luxury trim. We went through all the paperwork abd advised of a time frame.
Tom kept me updated via email abd phone call of any delays etc. If I had any questions I could ask via email and would get a speedy reply.
The day I collected my new car, its was ready and waiting for me. We completed the paper work abd Tom took me to my car, helped set up my phone and went through all the different functions and settings.
Overall brilliant service. I have already re commended Tom and omoda jaecoo to friends.
